Jeff Sanchez is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states and a nationally certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) and has evaluated matters in state and federal courts from the Southwest to the Northeast. Because the standards at issue, such as the MUTCD, AASHTO guidance, and state DOT specifications, are applied consistently across jurisdictions, most evaluations can be performed remotely, with site visits arranged where the question requires one.
